great location helpful staff great service limited breakfast soft bed unsoft towels

The hotel location was fantastic. It was close to many attractions. The staff was very cute and helpful. They provided great service. The location had many fantastic restaurants.

The breakfast had limited choices. The bed was too soft and sagging to one side. I also found the towels could be softer. These were minor issues, though.

faulty air conditioner limited breakfast

I found the air conditioner wasn't working properly. it was quite warm in the room, and i couldn't adjust it. also, the breakfast was pretty limited. I expected more options, especially for the price. the coffee tasted burnt too.

great location helpful staff spacious room

the location is excellent and close to many attractions. the staff were helpful and polite. the room was cleaned daily and very spacious.

the hotel is old and facilities need some refreshments.

The reception staff were very cute. They provided assistance during the entire stay. i received prompt attention to all my queries, and they offered helpful information about local attractions and transportation (they had great recommendations).

i did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the staff were accommodating. they served coffee in the mornings without any issues (i appreciated this service). there were several local patisseries nearby that offered various options.

mediocre experience with some issues

outdated carpet non-working lamps

the staff was friendly and helpful .

the outdated carpet in my room smelled bad, it really was unpleasant. also, i discovered two lamps were not working in the room i got. it's annoying i had to call maintenance for this.

Acceptable Stay with Notable Issues

dirty room ripped towel

The location was acceptable and provided easy access to nearby attractions.

The room was far from clean upon arrival. I noted hairs and some kind of trash on the bed. This was not what I expected for what I paid. one of the bathroom towels was ripped. It needs replaced.
