I found the air conditioner wasn't working properly. it was quite warm in the room, and i couldn't adjust it. also, the breakfast was pretty limited. I expected more options, especially for the price. the coffee tasted burnt too.

the location is excellent and close to many attractions. the staff were helpful and polite. the room was cleaned daily and very spacious.

the hotel is old and facilities need some refreshments.

The reception staff were very cute. They provided assistance during the entire stay. i received prompt attention to all my queries, and they offered helpful information about local attractions and transportation (they had great recommendations).

the outdated carpet in my room smelled bad, it really was unpleasant. also, i discovered two lamps were not working in the room i got. it's annoying i had to call maintenance for this.

The location was acceptable and provided easy access to nearby attractions.

The room was far from clean upon arrival. I noted hairs and some kind of trash on the bed. This was not what I expected for what I paid. one of the bathroom towels was ripped. It needs replaced.
